Awesome show from start to finish

CHRIS ROCK IS BETTER THAN EVER!!
The show was amazing! Chris Rock was in top form and not showing any rust
whatsoever. The only annoying thing for this particular show is that even if you
DON'T bring your cell phone (which we didn't because we knew there were no cell
phones allowed) You will still wait in a long ass line behind everyone else checking
their cell phones into locked bags. If you're going to the second show, do yourself a
favor and get there WAY before the show to avoid these lines. Other than that small
annoyance, it was a wonderful show and we laughed non-stop. A++

CHRIS ROCK SHOW WAS FANTASTIC!
First of all, let me say at this was my first show at the Palace Theater,
but it will certainly not be my last. The venue is gorgeous! There's not
a bad seat in the house, and the sound and lighting were also great.
Chris Rock's performance equaled the wonderful setting. I always
anticipate that comedy shows by such seasoned veterans will be
funny, but his set surpassed my expectations. There weren't many
points in which I wasn't laughing during he show.
All in all, tonight was a great outing. I look forward to my next show
at the Palace!

CHRIS NAILED IT!
Thoroughly enjoyed Chris Rock. New refreshing
material and Dolby Theatre is a great venue to
watch him. Not too big, great sound system
and every seat has a good view.

CHRIS ROCK MAKES YOU LAUGH AT ICE COLD WATER!
Chris Rock has clearly changed from his early
days as far as content but everything else is
the same, delivery and intensity are all at the
expected high level. No salad tossing and no
commitment vs new ‘kitty’ but he makes his
points and you can either laugh or cry.over
them. Laugher is the best medicine as the
saying goes so remember people it is a
comedy show! Well done Chris Rock! As always
the Wang Theatre is a great venue but be
prepared to have your phone sealed up and
relatively inaccessible during this type of show.

NOT A DRY EYE IN THE HOUSE
I laughed so hard my mouth almost fell off.
You barely had a chance not to laugh at this
show!! Chris Rock keeps it real! He is indeed
one of our comedic Legends

GREAT SHOW
I was a little skeptical going in since I didnt think Chris Rock would be good in person but I was WRONG! Chris was hilarious and the material was great. I would see him again.

CRIS “BUFFALO “ ROCK
Amazing delivery and show. He showed Genuine Buffalo Love. I knew the phone policy and we all need to be away from our phones for a few hours. But my major problem was that what if there’s a family or medical emergency. WTF ya gonna do and how the hell does someone reach you.
Knt. from St. Louis, Missouri

CHRIS ALWAYS GIVE YOU & GOOD TIME!
I’ve seen Chris Rock via. Streaming and wanted to see him Live for the 1st time. He’s definitely an “artist” (as he says-LOL) & his jokes are on point and relevant..keeping Comedy alive!
Benjamin from New Orleans, Louisiana
CRIED ALL NIGHT
He knocked it out the ball park! Funny as hell-even all the political JOKES were hilarious. One of THE funniest shows we have seen. Get your ticket!!
Rosa H from Houston, Texas
LOVE CHRIS ROCK
I love Chris Rock and think is a great human being. I don’t mind the political jokes because after Election Day is on Tuesday. Nice to hear him make light of politics. It’s great to also see the diverse fans. Astros won the World Series. Happy night Thank you Chris!!!
Jeffery from San Antonio, Texas
CHRIS ROCK IN TOP FORM
Went to the first night at the Majestic Theater and he was awesome. Not just funny but his insight on things. Very long set there was only one opening act and then Chris Rock brought down the house.
Dee from Honolulu, Hawaii
STILL FUNNY!
Chris is still hilarious! He speaks the truth, which makes some people uncomfortable.
Donna Y. Scantlebury from Toronto, Ontario
IF LAUGHTER IS MEDICINE, (DR.) CHRIS ROCK WAS IN THE HOUSE!
Chris Rock's show at the Air Canada Centre
in Toronto was crazy funny! His thought-
provoking and self-deprecating humour had
me laughing throughout the show!
Although we had to place our cellphones in
Yondr pouches prior to entering the venue,
the process was done quickly, and we were
permitted to keep the pouches with us. This
wasn't a big deal because if you needed to
make a call, you were permitted to do so in a
designated area. Removing our cellphones
at the end of the show was done effortlessly.
I really like the statement that was displayed
in large red letters behind Chris Rock as he
performed throughout the show: COMFORT
IS THE POISON.
Lastly, the show started with two opening
acts which warmed up the audience for
what was to come! :)
All I have to say is this .... After nine years, it
was worth the wait! ... Chris ROCKS!!

HILARIOUS
From opening act until the end I laughed and chuckled. Very entertaining show!

NOT 5 STARS BECAUSE...
The show was wonderful. Chris really doing his thing! Loved the Jada and Will material...it was spot-on. Minus one star because the pre-show was the worst 30 minutes of TV I've ever watched. So far from being funny. I never smiled once during this half hour of torture. I don't know what the point of it was. Chris saved the day with his performance!
Chris Rock Fan from Vancouver, British Columbia
CHRIS ROCK NOT COPING IN VANCOUVER
Full house. Vancouver fans patiently put up with atrocious parking, entry/exit conditions & no big screens to see our man Chris, who received a really great standing ovation when he walked on stage. He was very funny until that last third. Divorce humiliation and rage do not become him. Nor do boring, graphic so-called sex jokes. His audiences started to shut down and those fans deserve better. He needs to remember his edge is observing society's missteps & idiots and sticking to it. No one does it better. I hope he can move forward from his personal trauma in good time. At least he has the extreme good fortune to earn back what he lost. And he should have made an effort to connect with us with a thank you for showing up, instead of leaving the stage so abruptly.
Pamela Brown from Buffalo, New York
CHRIS ROCK AT SHEA’S
I like Chris Rock as a person especially in light of his recent episode with Smith. He seems to have truly taken the high road on the issue. He only mentioned it once. I thought the show was ok. To me Chris was just a guy walking around on stage talking and throwing in a joke once in awhile. Pretty good jokes but just a tad too casual. He is a cool guy but I expected a little more.
Joe B from Cleveland, Ohio
CHRIS ROCK CLEVELAND
Not one of his best shows.
Jerry E. from Denver, Colorado
SOME FUNNY, SOME JUST NOT
So we saw Christ Rock 14 years ago. So funny, we had sore throats from laughing. Sadly, that's not the case now. We saw him in Denver last night. In those 14 years he got very political, completely one-sided, and banged away at Masks and the vaccine. we wanted to escape from politics when we bought these tickets; sadly, that didn't happen. Those political jokes largely fell flat, and the bits on COVID fell flat as well. Chris used to leave these topics alone and the show was amazing for all. But after seeing last nights, show, we will not be spending money to see him again. Sure, there were segments that had us in tears, but half the show wasn't even remotely funny. Chappelle was way funnier to me.
Maggie from Toronto, Ontario
HIS EGO IS TOO BIG
Saw the show in Toronto on June 18th 2022. Not impressed. Some funny bits but mostly he was just wasn't. Show is geared to Americans. Politics, Hillary Clinton, Trump, abortion. He even made the comment "wow, what a tough crowd" he certainly does not play to his audience, nothing universal about his show, not relatable to Canadian culture, unless you have "spoiled entitled, rich kids" like he does.
Kevin Hart is a MUCH better performer-infact Chris borrowed a few of his jokes.
Don from Bucktown from Chicago, Illinois
DISAPPOINTED AND OFFENDED
I thought the first 30 minutes was OK. However, the later portion was very disappointing. He should be creative enough to be funny without all constant vulgarity. Robin Williams didn't need it nor did Bill Cosby. I'm white but the use of the "N-word" was degrading, especially using it over and over again. Why is that OK? Either it's OK to use or not OK. Where are those who force others to loose or quit their jobs if they slip and say the N-word.
from Seattle, Washington
CHIS - DID NOT - ROCK - THE MIC
Show started about 30 mins late - which was expected. His two line-up comedians were not funny at all. When Chris finally came out, I thought "ok here we go! I'm gonna hurt from laughing so hard!" That moment never came. Sure I giggled, but I wanted more! Chris used to be HILLARIOUS back in the days, This was definitely not worth the money.
Richard M from Las Vegas, Nevada
CHRIS ROCK 7TH MAY LAS VEGAS - VERY POOR
Give the show 2 start and would have only been 1 star but for the support act who was fantastic (he was 5 stars)
Note for Mr Rock and his management:
1. It’s out of ordered that you delayed the show until the boxing was finished - you wasted an hour of my life - you could have at least issued an email to explain the show would be starting late.
2. You must have had too much to drink at the fight as delivery was laboured and material not great.
3. Would recommend that you don’t book a support act that is funnier than you. The night all went downhill after he finished his set:
Would I recommend you going to see Chris Rock?
Nope 👎
Now a Will Smith fan again.

DISAPPOINTING
What a bummer. I LOVE some good comedy, even decent comedy ~ I'll laugh at just about anything. Opener for Chris Rock was HILARIOUS ~ could not wait for him to hand the baton to CR to continue the laughter. Didn't happen. He dialed in this show. It wasn't smart witted, very racial and political and nothing that left me feeling he was a creative great in the world of comedy. Too bad.
Kim from Phoenix
DID NOT READ THE AUDIENCE
I love Chris Rock and giggled a little, but the hard belly laughs never came. Was very political which is such a line divider these days. When you speak your views, your cutting our half your audience. Also, brought up abortion, which was not the best topic to bring up when your trying to relax and laugh. My husband and I left early, which I thought I'd never do at Chris Rock concert. I hope he works on some new material.

CHRIS ROCK
Have been a loyal fan for years , came from Calgary albert to texas to see Chris .
First 30 minutes were great , then the political started .
Trump bashing for way too long , Then trying to even it out with saying Biden is too old didn’t do it .
Way too political and lopsided.
Crowd around us we’re getting restless, and we were up front .
We walked out after the Trump bashing went on too long .
Out in the lobby was were the party was !
The World Series, and a much happier crowd .
Very disappointed Chris wasn’t who we thought he was .
A real comedian, not a political hack .
Jeffrey Collins from Bronx, New York
UNDERWHELMING
Not consistently funny - way too many gaps to get to something funny. Hated the spoiled daughter bit! I was getting dizzy from all his pacing all around the stage…
Johnny O from Fort Lauderdale, Florida
TRAIN WRECK IN SLOW MOTION- HARD ROCK HOLLYWOOD FL
Used to love Chris Rock thought he was top talent it’s been many years since we watched him but it seem to be pretty much unanimous . It was unfortunate we went with a large group of people a few left early as Chris doesn’t seem to be a comedian anymore. He continue to insult and not even in a comedic way. The opener was far more entertaining and seemed like Chris rock was more focused on insulting different groups instead of trying to be funny, talked about abortion, shooting people and about him being available. He really seemed desperate, more focused on trying to find a date than being a comedian. He talked himself about shooting people the timing of those type of jokes were ill advised as there was just a shooting in the subways in New York a couple days before about 20% of the show was decent at 30% was him trying to find a action for the future, spoke about a text message for about five minutes of the show Ronchi and not funny truly seemed to be more interested in the single life than trying to entertain the people he was there for 1/3 of it was incredibly poor attempt at comedy as it seemed more like a rant than comedy.
If there is anyway to get the hundreds of dollars spent on the tickets back I would do that.
Jojo from Durham, North Carolina
DITCH YOUR TICKETS.
I've always found Chris Rock funny. Which is why I bought the tickets. Opening act was hilarious. It went down hill from there. 15 minutes after Chris Rock takes the stage I'm ready to leave. Sale your tickets - so not worth the price.
Andrew from Oakland california
BORING AND EGOTISTICAL
Just flat. Lame. I barely laughed. For one who has brought me plenty of laughter in the past this was just pathetic.
Karen from New York, New York
FUNNY - BUT CMON GUYS-
Locking up phones, watches is one thing but have a staff that can accommodate your crowd size. You leave the concert at midnight with a locked up phone in a cloth pouch. to handle the crown there are like 5 Girls in black outfits in the dark outside the Venue in the parking lot ! to remove cases that hold your phone so you can't use it for anything. They said there were designated areas- bull! Then they go on an hour late. show was good- not great. But I have never been asked to lock up my personal possessions so no leaked video occurs. Put that info on the ticket where it belongs. People have emergencies and families. That is so rude. Show better be a 5 star show if youre gonna do that.
Nicki from Minneapolis, Minnesota
CHRIS ROCK MYSTIC NOT FUNNY
This was the worst comedy show I’ve seen. I was so disappointed- I really like Chris Rock and was looking forward to some serious belly laughs. This was more of a narrative and lecture on the state of politics and the world today. I came to this show to get AWAY from the crap going on and get some great laughs. The opening comedian (unfortunately I don’t recall his name) was hysterical! Chris, please please get back to making us LAUGH!
Christopher Carthy from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
CHRIS ROCK BORING
My wife and I were in Philadelphia for a weekend and we were excited to buy tickets last minute for Chris Rock. What a disappointment. The comedy was monotonous repetitive and eventually boring. How many times can you say the F word or Pus.sy . Chris Rock was coasting on his name instead of creating a comic sketch. There was no story line or complex comedy. It was a repetive string of WTF is this and that. In addition sex can be funny for a little while but grow up and move on. There was no sophistication to his comedy. We should have walked out.
Judy from New York, New York
HORRIBLE
Just horrible. Who needs canned laughter if you are good?? He needs canned laughter because he is NOT good
Tammy Jones from Richmond, Virginia
CHRIS ROCK
I thought it was to political and not as funny as I had hoped. I’ve seen funnier comedians at The Funny. Bone
Shanna Walsh from Austin, Texas
DISAPPOINTED
We were super disappointed with the Chris Rock performance. Opening guy was funny, but Chris Rock was just a downer. Political rant on an election day none the less.

CHRIS ROCK STAND UP 2023
Worst comedy show I have ever seen. Did not laugh one time. So sad. So political and not close to funny! What happened? I feel almost sad for him!
Evelyn SWanki from Phila., PA
TITLE WAS APPROPOS
He was so foul...it was appalling. Ji used to like him...no respect anymore. I get he wanted to get revenge but did he have to do so in such a vulgar manner? Deplorable behavior!!!
